Well, there you have it.  That’s what’s going on this week on the Xbox Live Marketplace.  I personally purchased Dungeons & Dragons: Daggerdale even at it’s over-priced 1200 MSP.  I’ll review it when I get done with it to let you all know how the game turned out.

Vidmaster Challenge: 7 on 7 (0GS) – Enter into any ranked or social playlist with 7 EXP on the 7th of the month.

Vidmaster Challenge: Annual (0GS) – After 9/25/08, complete Halo on 4-player Legendary LIVE co-op, with Iron, and everyone in Ghosts.

Double Double (25GS) – On a Legendary map, get two Double Kills during any ranked or social match.

[E3] E3 Day One Highlights Part One

Okay, so we’re going to cut to the finer points and highlights of day one for you so that you don’t have to read through all the other stuff to get to the good parts.

Fallout 3

• For those of you who have Xbox Live, you can download the new trailer that was debuted at E3 sometime soon.
• You have the option of switching between both first & third person views.
• The Pipboy 3000 can be used to listen to radio stations during the game.
• The “Voltech Assisted Targeting System” is available so that you can queue up attacks on enemies rather than the manual aiming and firing.
• The game is based in Washington D.C. and will have over 100 hours of gameplay.
• There will be exclusive downloadable content for the Xbox 360

Resident Evil 5

• Online co-op has been confirmed for the entire game.
• Game will release on March 13th, 2009 (which also happens to be a Friday…)
• Teamwork will be essential to get through the game.
• If you do not have a friend playing with you, the AI will take control of the second character.

Fable 2

• Online co-op has finally been confirmed.
• Fable 2 is pretty much finished and will be out sometime in October.
• Ambient orbs allow you to invite your friends in to your world when you come across them at any time.  They can also leave at anytime as well.

Gears Of War 2

• Flamethrower is introduced (this could be very interesting).
• New 5 player co-op feature is revealed…called Horde, in which you and 4 other buddies fight off wave after wave of Locust.
• NO four player campaign was announced…which saddens us tremendously.
• Gears of War 2 will be coming out November 7th.

Xbox Live Arcade Games

• Geometry Wars 2 Retro Evolved was announced supporting 4 players.
• Galaga Legions will be released in August.
• Portal Still Alive was announced as XBL exclusive and will be available sometime this fall.
• A South Park XBL title was announced….no details on it yet though.
• The original Banjo Kazooie will be coming to XBL sometime soon.

Lips

• It’s been rumored for quite a while, but now it’s official.
• The game will allow you to import songs from your iPod & Zune to use on the game.  Which makes it the first game ever to allow that.
• The microphone is wireless and it has tilt functions. 
• It also had LED lights on the side that will light up while singing. 
• According to how you sing the microphone will light up accordingly.
• The game will come with songs from different genres.
• Duffy will be a featured artist on the game.   Her song “Mercy” will more than likely be on there considering she sang it during the games debut.

New Ace Combat 6 DLC Released Today

Here’s a list of the content and the pricing for each:

A-10A -DISTANT THUNDER- (200 Microsoft Points)
An aircraft with a thoroughly reworked design and anti-aircraft capability that allows it to hold its own in air combat. Its lighter body is less durable than the previous design, but allows for an increased weapons payload. Use your increased firepower to strike down the enemy like a bolt of lightning!

Typhoon -TYPE ACE3- (200 Microsoft Points)
A faithful recreation of the Ace Combat 3 aircraft performance design. Although hindered by slow turning response, this fighter boasts outstanding speed performance and durability. However, the aircraft lacks SP weapons which were not introduced until after Ace Combat 3.

F-14D -THE IDOLMASTER AZUSA– (400 Microsoft Points)
She’s got lots of potential, but she doesn’t like to be rushed. Just let her go at her own pace as she takes you on a smooth ride to victory!

Su-47 -GAULT- (200 Microsoft Points)
An aircraft with improved turning performance in reduced speed zones allows for smooth changes in formation. Although its thrust performance has been decreased, this fighter’s streamlined movement is all that’s required to snare the enemy in its sights. The signature aircraft of the Belkan Air Force 18th Air Division 5th Tactical Fighter Squadron, otherwise known as the Gault Team. This squadron of ace pilots was led by a cool and collected man rumoured to be the leader of “A World With No Boundaries”.

F-14D -WARDOG EMBLEM- (FREE)
An aircraft featuring improved speed performance for emergency interception. Defence has been bolstered by exchanging anti-surface weapons for an increased anti-air weapons payload. The Osean Air Defence Force 108th Tactical Fighter Wing Detachment, Wardog. This squadron, often referred to as the “Four Wings of Sand Island”, secured a vital naval port and continued to played a crucial role throughout the course of the war.

F/A-18F -THE IDOLMASTER RITSUKO- (400 Microsoft Points)
She tires easily, so use her precise movement to take out the enemy as quickly as possible! You’ve got the brains, she’s got the moves – let’s get lots of enemies!

DARK SHINING SET (300 Microsoft Points)
– This includes a golden Rafale M and a black F-2A
– A modified sky painting aircraft for shows and exhibitions, this aircraft is equipped with collared smoke missiles. The missile payload has been maximized for show purposes.

ACE OF ACES MISSION 03- (350 Microsoft Points)
Just like the mode included in the game, Ace Of Aces is a very hard mode.

I haven’t gotten around to trying out AC6, but I’m sure it’s as amazing as the others were.

World Of Warcraft Invades Gutiar Hero III

It appears the the underground song for World Of Warcraft “I Am Murloc” by Level 70 Elite Tauren Chieftain will be hitting XBL tomorrow for people to download…and guess what?  It’s FREE!  Apparently it’s being released to help promote Blzzard because June 26th is when they kickoff of the 2008 Blizzard Entertainment Worldwide Invitational.

I’ll download any song that’s free, so, I’ll definately be picking this up tomorrow.

Rumor: Guitar Hero 3 DLC Compatible With Guitar Hero: World Tour

Kotaku is reporting that everything you’ve download for Guitar Hero 3 will be compatible with Guitar Hero: World Tour.  What they fail to do is provide a source for this information.  As much as we want it to be true, considering the money people have spent on DLC for GH3, right now I’d take it as what it is: a rumor
